The main objective of this project is to provide an objective and authoritative technical standard and regulation for developers to follow. By gathering materials from developed countries and international organizations, the technical regulation of health risk assessment was drawn up. The structures, procedures and strategies of health risk assessment implemented in the US, California, EU, the UK, WHO and Asian Development Bank were analyzed by gathering related regulations and reports. The technical regulation of health risk assessment was then drawn up and advised by asking for opinions of specialists, scholars, government institutions and civil societies.
